The ongoing upgrade of the seat cushions in BART’s current fleet has continued this year. There have been two additional 100 car orders placed, using MRF 400 foam in the back cushions. The resulting weight reduction plus positive comments from the ridership have kept this program rolling. The balance of the fleet will be converted to MRF foam in early 2013
